Refund Policy

Enrollment is not currently open and live payments are disabled.

For a purchase inquiry or refund request, contact the academy through the contact page with the email used for your account and purchase date. Do not send card details.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Refunded purchases lose course access, and associated completion certificates may be revoked.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
